The workVerified against pox-5 at burn 968,921. get-protocol-bond returns NONE for all six qualifying periods (2-7). bond-period-to-burn-height starts: 970,550 / 974,750 / 978,950 / 983,150 / 987,350 / 991,550, exactly 4,200 apart. pox-5 exposes ERR_CANNOT_SETUP_BOND_TOO_SOON and TOO_LATE, so each period has a bounded setup window that closes permanently.
